Flussirari #designereyes goes decorative, as we can spot here at the headquarters. The team is working hard to prepare some new lamps for our catalogue. In the meantime our webmaster and his team are fine tuning the Flussirari online store.

As a result of those efforts on Designer’s (closed) door here at the headquarters you can read “Iconic Decorative” so we can confirm that this will be the landscape for the new collection.

Decorative family made and designed for modern need, perfectly calibrated for lifestyle.

The new family Flussirari #designereyes goes decorative (concept title) has handcrafted edge and sophisticated beam angle, glare to harmonize the eye feeling and lighting better.

There will be suspended, wall, floor and table lamps as soon as possible presented on the main website and installed in our showroom in Novi Ligure. The new family will be also available through Amazon.

We, as Flussirari staff, are keeping the light on our mission: to meet every client needs.

Our team knows you are looking for quality and careful driven products and we are aware of what it takes to bring you the best.

Flussirari every day is the place where you can have a Brain Storming training. If you love creativity, this may be the best place to work for you.

Usually the daily routine is fueled with ideas, creation, innovation, note board, computers, designers, marketing specialist, social media managers and sales team.

Those are all the ingredients for the Flussirari daily recipe that makes our company live from dawn til dusk.

At Flussirari HQ work on ideas and on how to develop them into reality never stops.

Doors open at 9 when the factory starts the day with the main brief meeting.

You can see lots of italian cups of coffee and all the reports shortly presented in order to have all the staff updated on what’s going on.

Flussirari brief is not on little details but is focused on the major goal, staff is at their desks within 10-15 minutes and that is the time when the engine is ready to start.

Out of the meeting room we head to the operation office: checking all the offers, new requests, client orders and the flow goes straight to the production department.

In production you can have a look on the dedication of the team taking care of every Flussirari client in a sartorial way: checking that everything is ok, checking the client list of notes and special needs to be fulfilled, sometimes calling back the client with questions on details that have to be matched with the production.

Meanwhile in the offices designers are working on new ideas, new solutions, while marketing is checking with experts to find the right key to describe the new products, developing concepts for new ideas and ask for updates on the feedback received from our customers.

When the lunch time bell rings it is time for staff to gather outside.

Everything the team sees in nature or in the places for lunch can be a hint, a new sparkle for an idea, a new topic to develop for the brand identity.

At this point it is easy to think that we never stop working. Maybe you are right, but we do feel that our passion drives our daily routine and we are feeling that we enjoy what we are doing so we never perceive it as “work”.

In the afternoon marketing and social media work together with sales and designers. New ideas, new pictures, new strategies, from the Facebook content to the Instagram one, down to LinkedIn and then to our catalogues or to answer to some clients that is in need of more information on their projects.

Ok now let us give you some news too: we are now working for something brand new for Flussirari and our products. The idea we discussed today is about letting you be aware of the small details. That details that no one is telling you but they are one of the most important things of our items.

And yes, we will show you how our products are crafted and how easy is for you to manage them from changing the LED through the installation tips and tricks that you will never find on catalogues or on websites. With this we will answer to many of the questions you ask us through the phone, email and social media messages. This will be our way to say thank you giving you some useful content that will make your life better.

Flussirari daily routine is like a multi color agenda, every day is different, every day brings new things, new stories, new faces… a new lighting on our present. And, most of all, every new day at Flussirari represent our brand new motto: #designereyes

Because from the warehouse to the shipping department, to finance and to marketing and sales this is how we do it: with the eyes of a designer.

Never give up to dream and plan your road of success. Starting a company is always easy but to maintain it need a lot of financial education and blue ocean market, you must be a way from bad debit and wrong market.

Our story started on 2014 once the market of led lighting was just in the middle of booming and many lighting company decided to invest into LED lighting and shifting from the traditional energy saving lamp into the led, it seems always easy to start up a company when the demand are high but it’s not true, to be able to create, manage and master any market it’s required to understand the customer culture and tradition first then apply your product and services; the first two years of our market road map was full of difficulty as each market requirement are different from other market and brand awareness are crucial to win.

Mike Khabour Founder and CEO of Flussirari plans and think different as believing that in order to overcome your fear from any new market you must ACT diversifying the product range and cover indoor and outdoor family together other wise the chance to expand into projects market zone are difficult.

Today with Flussirari our products are available in over 10 countries around the world with a facility of over 4500 mq manufacture space in Novi Ligure in Italy and quality control test laboratory.

The company aims to enter the Australian and north American market, thanks to the vision of Flussirari team and partners.

Each morning we apply the four magic word to continue in the successful cycle mindset: LEARN, TRY, CARE and STAY.

The most important thing in every company age we believe it is that must never stop to learn about their clients, product, environment, culture.

Once the learning will arrive to the level of trying then it’s the moment to apply what we learn in the market.

Flussirari team took part in the fourteenth edition of the Light Middle East, from 15 to 17 October 2019 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The highly anticipated event saw the participation of important companies in the sector, and as always was characterized by a rich program of conferences and initiatives.

Our theme this year was #takeanote, we asked visitors to write a signature, a thought, a comment directly on all the walls of our stand … The most creative have invented real claims! We thank everyone for participating, see you next year!
